The Space:
Enjoy our beach chairs, entertaining essentials, grille, back patio and fire pit , in season, during your stay! There is so much to do in Plymouth, Cape Cod or just enjoy the sand between your toes in your chair on the private beach. Check out our reviews on verbo too! Now booking Summer 2023 weekly rentals! Central AC included Memorial Day to Labor Day rates. Inquire with Colleen on group size/ pricing. We can accommodate up to 2 approved dogs per stay with pet fee paid per dog, $250. Dogs are not to be left alone in the backyard when guests leave and should be crated if left at the house. Due to severe allergies/zoning bylaws no cats or other animals can be accepted.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access of our home, yard and Private Priscilla Beach during their stay. Guests can also utilize the Brand New Basketball/PickleBall/ Tennis court just across the street as our guests.

The Neighborhood:
Growing up in Priscilla Beach (PB) was an amazing experience! Building sandcastles with my grandparents, taking a dip in crystal clear water on a hot day, spending time with our extended beach family and developing a passion for coastal landscapes. PB is truly an oasis of salty breezes, sandy feet and family. We enjoy meeting new people and sharing our family's love for this home and location. We love living in PB!

Getting Around:
We are located ~5 miles to downtown Plymouth and 4 miles from Pinehills Golf Course/ Mirabeau Inn and Spa wedding/ golf venues. Our home is ~7.5miles from the Commuter Rail into Boston. We are ~5miles from the Plymouth to Provincetown Ferry out of Plymouth Harbor. Ideal location for the Beach and enjoying local amenities in a quiet, friendly neighborhood.

Other Things to Note:
Enjoy our beach chairs, entertaining essentials, charcoal grille and three relaxing outdoor seating areas during your stay( seasonal)! Parking for 4 cars in the driveway, no street or green space parking. Approval of Rental agreement at time of booking and Driver's License required. Reservation accepted/ rates set based on group size at time of booking. Additional guests staying/ visiting must be pre-approved, additional cost paid and names outlined on rental agreement.
