Checkin was a nightmare! 2 hours in line is unacceptable. No compensation for losing 2 hours of vacation time.
No blender in the room but the staff brought me one very quickly.
Tv remote would not always work. Reported it to the front desk after several hours someone came to fix it but it still gave us problems.
Phone in room did not work. Had to walk to the front desk for help. Never fixed.
They put us in an ADA compliant room when we did not need it. I told them they should have asked me first as maybe someone actually needed it. They responded they can’t ask and they can’t tell me that I am being out there. This is ridiculous. If someone really needed that room, it should not be wasted on someone who doesn’t need or want it.
No shower door so water gets everywhere in the bathroom.
The gym was nice! Much Larger than most resort gyms, lap pool a plus. Couldn’t call for a ride so had to walk a lot to get to places.
Pool towels not available at every pool and they are heavily guarded when present.
Not my first choice resort. It was better when owned by Welk, now owned by Hyatt. So sad to see the resort take a dive in quality.
