"The check in staff was very helpful and made the process easy. The hotel has a restaurant and bar/entertainment area. They have events every night which made it very convenient for a fun night out. Bri and Greg from the bar were excellent bar tenders. Don’t be afraid to ask them questions or recommendations on drinks, they are very knowledgeable. "We did enjoy the fireplace one cooler evening. Also enjoyed pizza and a drink in the bar which had a friendly atmosphere. Loved the old fashioned feel of the place. The location was the best! So close to the Santa Fe Plaza and lots of food, shopping, museums and other attractions. You also have access to the other hotels affiliated with Hotel Chimayo, so bring your swimsuit! "
