"Location and layout was perfect our group. The lake was a little slushy during our visit but only added to our adventure. The attached garage gave us a great place to thaw out equipment and clothing. Nick was very responsive and helpful. "

The listing states the property sleeps 6 while there are two queen beds and a couch which didn't seem to be a sofa bed; we made do with one adult on the couch. The outdoor deck with cushioned furniture and firepit table provided a great space to relax and visit as a group. The location was quite private and close to Boyne City and surrounding attractions. "
