“It was an amazing place to stay.”

“Quiet and relaxing!!”

“The cabin is very rustic, as advertised, vey quiet and the lake outside the back door was so peaceful! Richie was there to greet us and answer any questions we had about the cabin. Also the information we received ahead of time helped us have everything that we needed with us. The location was so close to everywhere that we wanted to visit, so we loved that! Overall a great experience!”

“The cabin and grounds were clean, the kitchen was well stocked with supplies, and the host was pleasant and readily available to speak with as needed. The dock and boats to fish from and the hot tub at sunset were the icing on the cake!”

“We came to Cheboygan to do volunteer work. As a result we were gone from 7:30 in the morning until 7:30 at night. We didn't have much time to enjoy all the place offers. That being said, the cabin was very comfortable and super clean. Everything we needed for the stay was provided. The bed was very comfortable too. The only issue we had was connecting to the Internet with our phones. It was very spotty which was frustrating at times. If you want a very nice place to stay that gives a……

“We hit the jackpot with our impromptu overnight getaway! In the Levering/Bliss area near the tip of the mitt, some people with a vision have created a junkyard that is anything but junky. Mowed paths wind their way over the hilly landscape, past decades of American heritage laid to rest in an uncharacteristically orderly way. The rusted flora-covered relics have been……

“The house looked exactly like the photos. The lake was a little further from the house than we thought, but still a very nice walk. Very peaceful and relaxing.”

“Cabin is right on the lake. Very rustic. Host was a great communicator and answered when we reached out and did consistently check in. Understand this is a cabin in the woods, decor is not a concern to me but the place did not feel clean. The toilet backed up twice while we were there and the bathroom floor would get puddles from the toilet ( not overflow but it seemed the toilet was leaking from underneath). This was our cabin #1. I cannot speak for the other cabins.”
