“Friendly staff”

“Was a great 2 night stay”

“Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Room was nice. The gym could use some work. Overall nice place.”

“Upon entering my room, there was a mildew locker room odor and I went back to the lobby to ask for a new room and the staff was very flexible and accommodating to put me in a new room which smelled much cleaner.”

“The clerk at check in was nice. They even checked our room to see if it was done to let us in a bit early. They said the room was done but we found someone ice cream cones in the fridge, the bathtub had lots of hair in it that was not ours, the shower cur6was really dirty and needed washed. We tried to turn on the TV. It didn't work, tried to call front desk to tell them, phone didn't work, toilet was broken and ran after flushing it (unless you jiggled the handle). Had to walk down to desk to……

“Everything electronic, except for the refrigerator was unplugged. The bedside lamp was broken. There was soap residue on the shower drain. There was no type of soap products in the bathroom or shower. The mirror was covered with hand prints. Had to have maintenance to turn the heat on.I spent the night there simply because I had driven 600 miles. I would not stayed there if my wife was with me. At least I didn’t see anything crawling. Check in and out process is atrocious.”

“The room was spacious and modern! Also loved the 2 bottles if water at checking! Very clean room too!”

“This was a very old hotel. The flooring in the room had many gaps and was peeling from the bottom. The bathroom sink was very small, and did not have a stopper. The small refrigerator was quite noisy. Otherwise, the room was clean. I would only recommend this for the budget traveler.”

“The room was great, the check in was smooth. The down sides were the check in was about 5 blocks from the hotel. Signage was difficult to see.”

“It is an old fashion motel. But it was clean and staff was friendly and it served our purpose for a very good price.”

“The property was clean and the beds were comfortable. We were impressed. It is a little Out of town so you cannot walk to shops or restaurants but it is only a 5 minute drive to restaurants and shops in Nauvoo.”
