"Owner didn’t communicate to the housekeeper that a guest was coming so I had to wait for the housekeeper to come back from her house with the keys the room wasn’t clean so while I’m there the housekeeper was cleaning mopping I had leave so she could clean properly it’s like the owner controls the Ac I wake up in the night sweating and I can’t take the ac off auto for some reason if I take it off auto it still turns off "

"The place was clean, the guy on site made aure.to clean up daily, wish the mention a cat on site. I am not allergic jist very afraid. The room was good. I spent most time out. So didn't use.it.much. but I the tub did not flow. The drain was not working. There was ants everywhere, the place needs to be fumigated. But the overall was decent... water worked, ac work, light worked .except for the night Jps took away light... Jamaica heat with no fan or ac is no joke...."

Hotel Riu Ocho Rios - All Inclusive

8/10 Good

"I brought my 2 autistic children and they absolutely loved the waterpark. I really liked the indoor playground and the fact that I could leave my children in the care of staff for a couple of hours each day to be able to enjoy some adulting time on the resort. There was something for everyone to eat at the buffet. Quality if the food and drinks were above my expectations. The staff for the evening entertainment made the shows educational along with moments of laughter. Most of the staff were friendly. The beach was absolutely amazing. Lots of pools to choose from. I could usually find a chair to sit on at the pool. The downside to this resort is that the rooms are a lengthy walking distance to the main hub. The other downside to this resort is at the lobby to this resort as this was a bit congested with too many people upon arrival. My children had traveled several hours and have disabilities so because they struggle with long day of travelling to then having to wait in a lengthy lineup to checking in, they were having behaviours. They had to be present inordor to have the riu wristband on their wrists. When a lot of people arrive to checkin, luggage is everywhere and the rooms weren't ready by the stated time of 3 pm. I had to place stickers with my room number on my luggage and leave it unsecured in the lobby until my room was ready as there was not a designated room to store luggage securely. This is why I did not give this resort a 5 star rating."

"Our stay at Couples Tower Isle was everything we were hoping for and more! The resort was beautiful, the beach was always clean, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The staff deserves special recognition—they were genuinely warm, friendly, and incredibly responsive throughout our stay. Their hospitality made us feel welcome from start to finish. The entertainment was fantastic, with plenty to do during the day and fun shows and activities in the evenings. We were never bored. The food was also a pleasant surprise. There were so many great options that we were never hungry, and everything was fresh and flavorful. Our absolute favorite was the Escovitch fish sandwich on cocoa brea! chef’s kiss! We were still talking about it after we left. We truly have no complaints. Couples Tower Isle delivered exactly the relaxing vacation we were looking for. We highly recommend it and can’t wait to come back! 🌴🇯🇲❤️"

"The staff was extremely hospitable. You left feeling like theynreally cared about your family as well as your stay. Housekeeping cleaned our room at least three times a day. While the restaurant food was underwhelming the atmosphere was breathtaking in the evening. Especially, dinner on the beach. Very cute place to retreat from chaos."

"I came here to celebrate my birthday and I was greeted with a welcome drink which was called the golden eye which has pineapple and rum inside it so good! They also provided a card and champagne for my bday! They brought our suitcases to the room then the bell guy gave a quick tour of the place before we got to the room. I booked a cottage over the lagoon and it has a beautiful view and our kayak that we can use around the lagoon! The room was nice and clean and they have the shower outdoors and the bed was so comfortable. Housekeeping comes to clean your room twice a day one in the afternoon and one in evening. So the restaurant we ate at the most was bizot for breakfast, lunch or dinner! One of the nights they had curry which was buffet style and that was good! Just keep in mind all the food is very expensive and wished they had more other food options but the ones they had were good. I used the spa once while I was there and got a hot stone massage which was relaxing. They have 3 pools, two beaches and our lagoon swim in! I stayed here the whole trip and didn’t leave the resort and it was much needed for rest and relaxation for a vacation! If you needed anything you can text to make any spa reservations, place a room service order, or ask any questions on what’s app!!! One thing I loved about this resort is how quiet and not crowded this place is I saw maybe like 8 people total around this resort!"

"The property was a little old but clean. I like the security, the beach was great, the staff was friendly. What I did like, some tv and remote didn't work. There were dirty mop head, broom and bucket were left on the porch. The steps, and porch were not swept. Overall, I'll stay there again. I love the peace and quite that I had."

"The room was neat clean, bathroom clean spacious, AC works well. My only problem was the TV,but the workers were very helpful,a big thanks to the young lady that came to assist with my room service she was very patient in regards to help with the TV and also the young man who also assist.and the staff are very caring.i wasn't feeling well in the night and I have to leave in the night ,when I go back to check out the receptionist was very polite and show concern.so again I just want to say thank you very much your hospitality was appreciated.keep up the good work,I will definitely stayed at Ocean View hotel in Ocho Rios again.
