Completely remodeled and refurnished in 2023, this 3-bedroom pool home offers an abundance of accommodations for your next gathering of family, friends, or corporate event. This home is just a short drive to the beach and with all the restaurants and shops that Port Orange is known for. This completely remodeled home lives up to its namesake with elegant décor, finishes, and furniture. The home is a quick, 10-12 minute drive to the nearest beach access on Dunlawton Avenue. The access is a drive-on beach so you can drive right onto the beach and park without having to worry about off-beach parking availability. Being on the mainland, the house is also one of the closest property to the Daytona International Speedway at about a 15-17 minute drive from the home. Only a 2 minute walk from the home is Spruce Creek Road Park which includes parking, sports fields, a small playground, swings, and tennis courts. Another park only a 10 minute walk or 1 minute drive from the home is Seemore Memorial Park. Seemore Memorial Park, also known as Spruce Creek Park, is perfect for the tiniest travelers and includes a pirate-ship themed playground, large splash pad, lots of big trees to provide shade, a nature walk, and canoe launch to the Spruce Creek Canoe Trail. Between both parks is a local, homemade ice cream shop making for the perfect day enjoying the outdoors!

Step through the front door and into paradise! This home offers a modern dining room with warm finishes that can accommodate all 8 guests at one table. The dining room overlooks the formal living room coordinating décor and inviting, warm light. From the living room, step into the fully stocked, spacious kitchen complimented by stainless appliances and granite counters. The kitchen features wonderful touches such as a double-oven, dishwasher, and tea kettle. From the kitchen you'll find a cozy breakfast nook for 4 which overlooks the family room. Bright and inviting, the living room is the perfect place for the whole group to gather an enjoy the fireplace or large smart TV. The family room even includes a queen sleeper sofa and access to the pool deck.

The home is fitted with 3 comfortable and modern bedrooms. The elegantly decorated primary suite features a king bed, mounted television, private sliding door to the pool deck, and an ensuite bathroom holding a garden tub, double vanity, private toilet closet, and walk-in shower. There are two guest bedrooms, one coral and one teal, and each hold a queen bed and mounted TV. An adjacent full bathroom is situated between both guest bedrooms and includes a walk-in shower.

Step into your private backyard oasis to soak in the Florida sun! The glistening pool waters are surrounded by a paved deck as well as luxurious, elevated outdoor seating furniture and an outdoor dining set. Please note that the weather is warm here nearly year-round and just like the majority of pools in the area, this pool is not heated. There is also no hot tub in this home for the same reasons.

No need to stop the pool day fun when tummies start to growl. The home includes a gas grill and utensils to prepare your favorite grilled foods poolside at the outdoor dining table. The pool varies in depth from 3-6 feet.

Please note this home allows for two vehicles to be parked in the driveway but the garage is not available to guests and there is no street parking allowed in this neighborhood. This property cannot accommodate trailers or recreational vehicles but we'd be happy to refer you to a nearby parking company upon request.

Also to note, the water line in the fridge is not operable which means the fridge water filter and ice maker are not operable but there are ice molds in the freezer. The primary bedroom closet is locked and used as an owner closet. Guests in this bedroom can use the luggage racks and dresser for their belongings.

The property was beautiful! The rooms were clean, spacious and we were able to entertain our family from a neighboring VRBO for dinner and pool time. We would reserve it again for sure! No issues- I communicated to property just a few minor things that needed fixed or missing- otherwise fantastic place to be with a family!

Great for large groups!
The location is close to lots of things and the houses were perfect. Check in was smooth and easy and check out. All rooms are large and spacious, lots of towels we had 17 people with and had plenty of space. We did not use be game room as much as we thought we would but I am sure families with younger kids would. Lots of things in the kitchen for cooking and the neighborhood is great. I would go back and would book with the host again!

The house was very clean and the neighborhood is great. The one thing lacking is an umbrella for the table by the pool for shade. Since there is no overhang there is no shade whatsoever so it is very difficult to stay outside by the pool which is the main attraction of the house! That should be a MUST! Also the internet is very weak and keeps going out which affects the TV. Other than that it was pleasant.

The reservation thru check-in process was excellent, House is updated, immaculate, and well appointed. There are multiple indoor seating and eating options in the spacious house. It’s a pretty easy drive to NSB or Daytona’s beaches.

The house was very nice! We had family together that we have not seen in a bit. The pool was great, and it’s close to the ocean, dining out and shopping. The neighborhood is lovely and the park is just around the corner. A great place for a family stay.
