Welcome to Sunsation—a gulf-front stunner in Secluded Dunes on Cape San Blas.

This 4BR, 4.5BA beach house sleeps 12 and brings the vacation vibes with a heated private pool, screened-in porch, and direct boardwalk to the sand.

Soak up panoramic Gulf views with coffee at sunrise or cocktails at golden hour. Inside, spread out in open living spaces, a bunk room for the kids, and a fully stocked kitchen made for memory-making.

Dogs are welcome, and there’s even an EV charger, fast Wi-Fi, and an outdoor shower for sandy paws and salty toes. Sunsation has an elevator that services each floor of the home.

Walk to the State Park, grill out under the stars, and breathe deep in one of the most peaceful, untouched corners of Florida. Whether you’re chasing sunsets, slow mornings, or just a little more connection, Sunsation delivers the magic.

Perfect Location and beautiful house

Perfect for our party of 8, plenty of sleeping spaces and bathrooms. The front porch swing was a beautiful spot to sit and read. We loved this area and the quietness. Kids loved the pool in the morning and ocean in the afternoon. All the beach toys they had were well enjoyed. Would definitely rrecommend this house.

Perfect Spot: Ideal Beach Location, Heated Pool & Fishing Gem

Our stay at this Gulf Front property exceeded all expectations! The beachfront location was absolutely perfect, offering the most spectacular sunset views right from our balcony every evening and all day surf fishing. The newly added heated pool was a fantastic feature that our whole family enjoyed, especially when we wanted a break from the sand.The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location provided easy access to local restaurants and activities while still feeling private and peaceful.Would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a memorable beach getaway, and we're already planning our return visit for next year!

Relaxing Vacation!

We had never been to Cape San Blas before and we had a wonderful time. It is now our favorite beach! This house is at the north end of the Cape - the water was beautiful and not many people on the beach! We loved it and hope to go back!

We love Cape San Blas and Secluded Dunes but this was our first time to this house. We enjoyed the beach and pool. The set up worked well for our family of 7. Mare was responsive to issues during our stay. We would stay again.

I love this home

Cape review

Due to elevator being down the stairs were rather hard on me and my husband couldn’t come down. The house was very nice but I would have chosen a different place due to all the stairs if we could have foreseen elevator problems, which I know owners cannot control either.

Beautiful view of the gulf

This home gives you a great view of the gulf. We loved being able to access the house quickly with small children. The kitchen was well stocked with needed items and had plenty of room to move around with a group. The owner was quick to respond when we had questions or needs and that was really appreciated. We had a wonderful week!

Exactly as advertised. Right on beach with steps away from the ocean. Great kitchen space. Very comfortable beds. Owner was very responsive with our only minor maintenance (elevator) issue - fixed very quickly (on a weekend!). Highly recommend.

BEST VACAY EVER

Sensation was exactly the peace my family needed! The house is absolutely beautiful and has everything you could need. The screened in deck overlooking the gulf was our favorite place to be, when we were not walking on the beach. This is the first vacation that got my teenage daughter off her phone! We will definitely be back!
