This 3 bedroom, 2 bath, single level beach cottage has sweeping ocean views and is directly across from the Public Beach access. Cool ocean breezes and spectacular sunsets help you unwind and relax. Enjoy a day at the beach or explore shopping in Port St Joe or Apalachicola. The Gulfs best fishing is directly off our shores. Great local seafood is available year round. Just 35 minutes to Panama City or Cape San Blas. A large outdoor entertaining deck w/ high-top Adirondack chairs is the perfect place to sit and sip morning coffee or have an evening cocktail. Rinse off from your day at the beach in our outdoor shower and prepare a family meal in a well-equipped renovated kitchen. Relax on the overstuffed couch and loveseat and watch your favorite show on the 65inch HD TV. Each Room is equipped with new hybrid memory foam mattresses, soft linens and a variety of pillows. Beach Chairs, pool floats, beach toys and bikes are provided in the guest shed at the rear of the property. Fully fenced in yard for the perfect barbecue! High Speed Internet, WIFI and Smart Televisions are provided!
