"Wish the food/bottle service had the option of opening earlier than 8am and closing after 8pm, but there were glasses in the room and the ability to purchase earlier in the day to sit in the garden and drink later in the day. Kids slept well on the pull-out sofa bed and the garden was close enough ..."

As a result, because we were at an event, could only check in late. Check out is at 10AM, which is an obnoxious, creeping habit ..."

"I would like a refund, Expedia failed to Email access codes to enter the building and the room we had reserved. When we hadn't received the necessary codes by 4:00 pm (check in time) prior to arrival, We were able to contact Expedia and the after a difficult search they were able to find our reservation. ..."
