My overall experience was good, below are some positives and negatives Positives: Convenient location, nice staff/personnel, spacious room and bathroom. Negatives: Loud neighbors (including at 3:45am), a couple of small stains on the bedding.

Staff was polite. Unable to stay as I felt unsafe. Rundown. Room had terrible smell. I asked that I be refunded for my stay as I did not feel safe staying there. I went elsewhere.

The rooms are nice and clean for the cheap price much better than most even close to this price. The building and surrounding areas are very old and a little concerning at first but nice rooms and location is hard to beat once you get your bearings.

Dirty towel in room, coffee maker was gross, contacted the property to ask about the paying to park because it’s not specified they never contacted me back… drug use and homeless people right when you leave your room door
