We called the front desk from our personal phone ( no phone in the suite) and they shared the water had been turned off because it leaks into the room below-the tub was prominently featured on the room photos and was a main reason for booking the suite. The second issue was due to no carpeting in the room and assuming little insulation-every time we got up to use...
