I love staying at the St. Francis. It’s my hotel of choice every time I visit San Francisco. The hotel is great, the staff professional, friendly and personable.

Hannah and the concierge were amazing. I told them about the special occasion I was there for - a Bob Dylan concert to celebrate my mom and dad’s 50th anniversary (and his passing a few months ago). They gave us a beautiful note and a bottle of Chandon. What a class act. It meant so much to feel heard and gave that special touch. Their food and drinks were also delicious. We had a gem salad with rotisserie chicken and lime drops (light on the simple syrup). For breakfast we split the bagel. Only a catch there, but they gave us crème freche instead of cream cheese and pickled onions instead of regular red onions. Note to room service: regular cream cheese goes on a bagel not crème freche and pickled onions go on tacos, not bagels. It’s a thing ;) Otherwise, stellar time and will be back. I loved how quiet the property was and the beds were super comfortable and fluffy, but not too soft. Thank you for a wonderful memory!!

I LOVED this hotel! We traveled as a family, and everyone was incredibly welcoming. The staff were super friendly, and the gentleman at the entrance was fantastic. He always greeted us warmly and was constantly high-fiving my son, which made us feel so welcome every time we walked in. The hotel itself was spotless and clean. But oh, the breakfast! This is honestly the first time I’ve ever been at a hotel where I couldn't WAIT to wake up and go get breakfast. The spread was amazing: eggs, sausages, bacon, pancakes, cold cuts, fruits, veggies, coffee, juice, yogurts, and multiple types of breads, bagels, English muffins, and toast. The pool area looked amazing, though it was a bit too cold during our stay to fully enjoy it. However, I loved that they had great outdoor seating areas with little mini fireplaces both by the pool and right in front of the lobby to sit down and relax. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it for families!
