We only stayed one night , but room was clean and staff pleasant. In the morning we walked about 7 minutes to a nice coffee shop. Location is good . Would stay again.

I always have low expectations here but this time, the towels were all stained, old soap left in the shower, found qtip in the floor ( not mine!), and weird black spots on wrinkled sheets . The floors are redone and the room itself is ok. Bed was comfortable enough. Walking distance to Vassar which the only reason why I stay there.

The room was decent. Clean and comfortable bed. Quiet. Rusty, leaning floor lamp in corner of bedroom. Decent value. The bathroom was not in great condition. Damaged ceiling tile over the shower from second floor. Empty shampoo conditioner mounted on shower wall. Very sparce continental breakfast.

My room had two double beds, one for me and one for my sister. The bed I slept in felt like it had two 600 pound people bed ridden for a year sleeping in it . The springs were noisy and I fell into a gully on both sides of the mattress. Plus the walls were so thin that every time they used the shower or sink or flushed the toilet in the room next to mine it made a racket . I can't believe I was charged $307 for one night in this room. Also the breakfast was not a hot one unless you want to count a waffle maker.

Our room fridge was hot, so we couldn't use it. The tv didn't work right, so my husband had to mess with it for a while. Breakfast the first day: the milk was gone. Eggs were gone. Toaster buttons were broken. Vending machine for beverages was out of order.

Had two rooms. At check-in, the toilet in one room was broken and needed to be fixed. One bed didn't have a mattress, only what felt like a box spring. There was a bunched-up hair in the linens. The bathroom smelled like a wet rag.

Convenient to Vassar, inexpensive. Clean. Comfortable bed. Downside- no elevator for 2nd floor so not good if you have heavy luggage, which we did. No luggage carts. Thought breakfast was terrible. Watered down apple juice and water. Inedible hard boiled eggs. Plain white bread. Bare bones amenities .

There was a pool, but it was not open early morning, and I was traveling for work. I had to be at work at 9:00 am, and the pool didn't open until 9:00. The 'free breakfast' was completely inadequate. There was no yoghurt, oatmeal, fruit, hard boiled eggs, things that even the cheapest hotel breakfasts include.

Staff, room and parking were great. Breakfast was very disappointing. Space is part of the problem and the coffee maker wasn't working, so staff was having to refill a thermo container. Food choices were very limited mainly due to the space. Its also not practical to have the single desk staff also dealing with the breakfast. Again, room and staff were great. I didn't use the pool or other amenities
