Classic case of you get what you pay for. Rooms were small. We had 2 double beds. 1 right against the wall and the other right against the ac. The ac grill was all smashed in. Killed 2 ticks in the bathroom. A group of people stood outside their room late at night smoking which filtered into our room through the ac and door. Room smelled of old smoke. We chose this hotel for price and pool. Unfortunately the pool was not working as well.

On Thursday, we entered the hotel. A lady was stuck on one of the elevators. The elevator did not work for the rest of the week. Only one there was a line every time to go in and out of that elevator we were in the second floor when we got there the bathroom was not working in our room. They moved us to another room. The TV was not working and if you’re trying to wash clothes, they don’t have a laundry room. I talked to somebody about getting us some kind of refund or partial credit for the first night that they moved us actually twice and they never got back to me and like I said everybody was having a hard time trying to go into the elevators and nothing was done. I will never stay at this hotel again.

"Great location on Whiskey Row. There are stairs to climb if the door downstairs is locked. Very roomy and cute decorations. Fun bar down the hall if you want a drink or listen to music. 2nd time staying there."
