“Desafortunadamente tuvimos problemas con las llaves de las puertas al llegar a nuestro hotel, lo que restó puntos a la experiencia. Al otro día nadie nos dijo que el desayuno solo era para dos personas, cuando llegamos 3 y se reservó para 3, en cuanto pregunté al respecto qué pasaba me dijeron que solo era para dos personas, pero jamás me ofrecieron alguna solución; eso deja mucho que desear. Tampoco se nos mencionó que el desayuno era en un restaurante a dos cuadras del hotel, y que teníamos……

“Great location and nice place to relax and unwind. Room and place was clean and well kept. Pool was nice but could use some TLC. Also we did not receive our free bottle of wine as advertised when reserved but not a deal breaker. Will stay again and recommend it. Just work a little better on pool maintenance.”
