“Hotel location is fantastic, central to walk throughout the city. Staff are somewhat friendly and helpful. My major issue with Casa Del Balam is that they don't realize half their guests are female. No conditioner in the showers, only shampoo, not a single hand towel, only 3 hangers in the closet, rough especially considering there are no shelves, dressers or drawers. If I'm staying for 5 days I don't want to live out of a suitcase.”

“This is an exceptional property our family is stayed here before although this being a second visit to this property. Upon our check-in and arrival we were charged an additional 400 pesos. The age of our eldest child was 12 and was considered an adult this was a surprise. The room we received was not as good / clean as the first time or is clean. But the overall property is well taken care of and maintained and in a good location to the city center. Parking was good. When the room was booked……
