“Muy lindo hotel y super bien ubicado. Lo que está super mal es que el agua de las regaderas cambia de temperatura sola, de frío helado a calor quemante TODO el tiempo, no se sitúa en donde la colocas. Muy incómodo. Por otro lado, la tele tiene pocos canales y pésimos!!!! y no se pueden poner tus plataformas . Staff super increíble y las instalaciones muy bien. Los ameniries (shampoo, bodywash y acondicionador) bastante malitos, lleva los tuyos”

“All the staff were so lovely. The front desk staff were very friendly and always ready to answer our questions. I would like to make special mention of the young staff who worked in the little cafe. They were so kind and patient with us when we used our minimal Spanish. Their service was wonderful and our drinks and meals were delicious. Definitely try the fruit bowl. Incredible. The grounds around the pool area are so pretty and it is nice to read on the big wraparound porch. The whole hotel……

“We had an ocean view It was a partial view but very good and morning sun. FYI we stayed 3 weeks but during the days prior to Ash Wed in Feb. they have a huge carnival, and the grandstand is in front of hotel so the noise level is very high and continues late into the night. So be aware it starts the Friday night and the last night is Shrove Tues. Ear plugs do not work and we ended up moving to a friend's place for four nights while carnival was on. ”

“El desayuno incluido no es bueno, pero lo peror que Expedia no se comunico con el hotel y no se tenia la informacion de mi reservacion. Algo que me parece muuuuuuuy mal de expedia es que desde el inicio en la app. no se puede cambiar el numero de cel ya que aparece como si fuera de usa. No volvere a utilizar expedia. Si volveria ir al tecno hotel merida norte.”
