“When I checked in I was assigned to a room which was not cleaned so I have to request another room. The other room has so many problems. First the door lock is loose; someone can just push it from outside to open the door. Second the TV is damaged. Third there is no chair. Fourth there is no coffee machine. Fifth there is no hairdryer. Therefore, I request a $35 partial refund for the stay. Also I was asked for a $20 safety deposit and I was told it will be returned, but the $20 was never……

“The location was convenient, stores all around. The Front desk person was not at the Front desk most of the times. You would have to call using a phone and then he would come to the front.”
