"The staff is very friendly, service was excellent from second we got onto property. We stayed in building 4,was wonderful! the cleaning and towel checks were done even twice a day! The 1-bedroom unit was big and had everything we needed inside. Only thing we didnt like in the unit, the fridge door was impossible to open at times, it goes into a lock mode, that should be disabled if possible.
The grill outside-one was not working (no gas tank), one had a broken handle,but we were still able to use it.
The deal breaker for us were the amount of rocks on the beach and in the water. Every single member of my family hit the rocks at least once a day, despite the fact that we were trying to avoid them. IF you prefer the beach not the pool, then remember this resort's beach is FULL of rocks.
The two young ladies serving breakfast in building 4 were very sweet and attentive, the cleaning lady was also extremely nice, staff goes above and beyond, and the resort is really nice, only downfall is the rocky beach."

"Brittney saved our vacation. Providenciales is the Island to be on for a great time. We previously booked a VRBO on North Caicos and found out it was too primitive for us and no a/c in the living area. We looked and found Brittney's listing and it was available! We packed up from North Caicos and checked in to Brittney's house and were so glad we did. A/C throughout the house and fully stocked with smart TV's in every room, comfortable beds. There are stairs to go in the front door and then stairs to get to the second floor bedrooms (just in case anybody wants to know). The pool was definitely refreshing. The beach was only a couple of blocks down the road. Very nice stay. "
"We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The house was comfortable and there was plenty of space for our family group of 7. Bedrooms are spacious and the en suite bathrooms were nice. We didn’t realize until the last day that there was another bathroom located outside along the side of the house near the trampoline. Super close to the pool. Communication with the property managers was great and all our questions were answered very quickly. I would highly recommend staying at this property. "

"We had a wonderful week here. You will not find a better place and location for the price. The water is even prettier in person. I had to take my sunglasses off a few times to make sure I was really seeing those amazing colors of the water. Hemingways was our favorite restaurant on the island. If you are debating this property... just book it!! Terry and his assistant are top notch. I promise you won't be disappointed. We are well traveled and picky... this property checked everything we wanted and exceeded out expectations. "

"This property is a guest house on a main property but while we were there no one was in the main house. So we had access to the whole property and private access to the pool. It was heaven! "On a whim, I decided to take a vacation with the time I had between jobs. With a day of planning, my friend and I found this amazing fully stocked rental that is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood yet close to everything you want to be near. The symphony of tree frogs at night while rocking on the porch was our favorite evening activity. The communication was easy and great with the owner. The house was clean and comfy. Highly recommended!"

"I travel a lot and I have to say this property was perfect. They had everything you need just like all the other reviews said. We had 6 adults a 2 year old, 4 year old and 7 year old. The pool was amazing. The property was very spacious. Housekeeping came mid week to refresh. Plenty of kids outdoor and indoor toys. No need to bring. Beach chairs. Bikes. Wagon for beach. Bug spray. Towels. Kitchen was great. We were lucky to meet the owners and they are terrific. They were just leaving. "
