The room was good until the WiFi went down. I was told all day that they were working on it and that we were the only ones complaining. The next evening I finally asked to be moved to a room with working WiFi.
The pools were nice. When I asked about housekeeping I was told "they don't do that there". Just be aware that housekeeping is not limited as suggested in the property amenities, it is nonexistent.

Room itself was nice. Staff were all very friendly and courteous.
Front desk hopefully get a makeover.
They were under renovations at the time we were there.
There is only 1 restaurant and 1 bar by the pool area (not swim up)
There is really no common seating area to go when it rains or in general.
