“I lived staying at the ventana. We all had so much fun, our experience with the property was extremely good. Will highly recommend this place. Just one thing I would recommend is in the shower. I had a terrible fall, the shower was very slippery that I slid and fell down hurting my arm and head. Despite of the fall, my parents and husband really enjoyed staying at the ventana that we hope to come back some day not just us but with family. Thank you Ventana for making out trip one to talk about……

“Es un hotel bello y funcional , con un equipo lleno de gente amable, servicial y una cocina y bar con opciones variadas y deliciosas. Mi único comentario es que las rampas de acceso a la playa no son fáciles de transitar, por momentos llegan a ser resbalosas y sería mejor optar por homologar todo con escalones. Gracias”

“The only downside of this location is for someone who wants a private bathroom and a TV - as the staff was very unique and friendly - the facilities - including the common bathrooms and showers were very private and clean - great food and smoothies - and quality coffee - nice environment - a great option.”

“Los dueños siempre están presentes y dispuestos a ayudar, además de dar excelentes recomendaciones de la zona. El lugar tiene muchos detalles que se agradecen: agua para beber siempre disponible, artículos de aseo personal e incluso equipo para actividades como snorkel y aletas. Los demás huéspedes fueron muy respetuosos, lo que crea un ambiente muy agradable. Realmente se siente como estar en casa… Gracias por hacer nuestra estancia en La Ventana inolvidable! ”

“The room was marginal. the sheets felt like sandpaper and the bed was as hard as the floor. There was no water pressure in the shower, the hot water was hit or miss and if it was a hit you had about 5 minutes of it. The towels were in very poor shape and looked like they hadn’t been replaced in years. The bath mats and mats in the bedroom were mismatched in the condition of rags. The lights browned out constantly. There is no TV in the room- fine except there is also no WiFi. The high speed WiFi……
