This beautiful condo is perfectly located at the entrance of the St-Jean gates; it doesn't get much more central than this! This huge 2400 square foot condo has 3 bedrooms (two with king-size beds and one with a queen-size bed), and 2 full bathrooms boasting skylights. It is spacious, luminous, tastefully decorated, and homey. It also has a fully-equipped kitchen, a large dining table, a washer and dryer, free unlimited Wi-Fi, fresh towels and linen, complimentary toiletries, air-conditioning, heating, a flat-screen television, an electric fireplace, a bathtub, a Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom, ample seating areas, large windows, and so much more. The dining room, living room and all three bedrooms also have an amazing view on the famous St-Jean gates, Carré d'Youville and Place de l'Artillerie. This little gem in the center of Old Quebec is walking distance to all of the most beautiful attractions Quebec has to offer, and offers you a home base at the doorstep of 400 years of history.

Great Spot for Family Gathering
The property was ideal for our group of six. The living room had plenty of comfortable seating for all of us and the dining room was great for card games. We never felt crowded.The location was perfect too. You just step outside your door and you have plenty of restaurants to choose from and it was a short walk to all the historical sites. The staircase leading up to the apartment was a little narrow and steep, as is common in older buildings, so it's best to bring small suitcases. The host was very friendly, very accommodating, and always quick to respond to our questions. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Fun Stay
Great spot, easy walking distance to everything in Old Quebec. Very special to be right next to one of the gates. Because you are in the middle of everything you do hear street noise. The street is closed to traffic during most of the day and there are lots of restaurants with outdoor seating. The condo is awesome and has everything you need.

Great condo, great location!
We loved our stay here in this beautiful and spacious condo. The central location afforded us many opportunities to shop and eat at some truly wonderful establishments. Our granddaughter especially loved the indoor amusement rides at the mall. We didn’t lack for anything, and the communication with our host was excellent! Definitely would stay here again!!

Fantastic stay!

Perfect Location
Our family of 5, kids aged 2,10 and 14 had a wonderful stay here. The apartment was the perfect size, beds were super comfortable and the location was incredible! Spacious apartment in a fantastic location
This was a perfect spot for our group of adults to enjoy Carnavale. The apartment is in a fantastic location for walking almost anywhere, and for people watching through the giant windows in the living area. It has plenty of space for 6 adults.

Perfect location in Quebec City for a family
We Loved this property!! The location is right inside of St. John's gate. The hostess was wonderful and helped us get in a bit early and gave us directions to the parking garage after we were unloaded. This kitchen was possibly the best equipped we have ever encountered in renting through VRBO. We cannot say enough positives about this property or Genevive. This condo is a gem! Modern vibe, super clean, comfortable beds, gorgeous tall windows throughout to enjoy beautiful Quebec City!! Our daughters range in age from 17-23 and they all loved it. Plenty of space for them to find quiet nooks for homework and downtime but great living room for games too. It’s a winner!

A magical Christmas in Quebec City!
My family of six enjoyed special, four-night stay over Christmas in this terrific property. We loved it! The apartment was spotless, thoughtfully and thoroughly equipped, spacious and comfortable and the perfect jumping off location for our many walking excursions througout the city. Beautiful Condo in a Great Location!
Condo was AWESOME, very large, CLEAN and comfortable! Gave us a FANCY city vibe! Well appointed down to the umbrellas and slippers. Everything was within walking distance we didn’t rent a car. Even though the city is busy being on the second floor gave us a private feel. Check in was a breeze and always felt very SAFE! Would definitely stay here again!

We came up to Quebec for the Christmas markets and decorations and our rental was the perfect location to walk everywhere. The condo was large and spacious for our group of 4. This was the perfect location and home away from home for a gathering of six friends. Plenty of room to spread out in this beautifully decorated space. We were close to fabulous restaurants and also had a wonderfully equipped kitchen to make some meals and play games after dinner. The host was great with all communications.
