This was my second visit to this hotel. It offers very good value for the price. While the building could use some major maintenance updates, the staff does an excellent job keeping it clean. The maintenance issues aside, I greatly appreciate how friendly and accommodating everyone on the staff is, and I will undoubtedly stay here on future visits to Québec.

I travelled last minute & was playing it by ear. Booked at last minute & was looking for a resting & afforfable place to stay. I got a great service. The kitchen available made it a nice a spot to consume my food, change atmosphere, not have the trash & odor lingering. Hot water machine was my joy! I could have the tea bags I had brought 👌 Bed was comfortable.

The room smelled like a moldy old basement. It’s confusing on what you are getting on Expedia with this hotel. We would have paid more for a better room. The only thing we did enjoy was the “drive up to the door” option. Other than that, we will not stay again. Perhaps we will consider trying the “nice” part of the hotel. The staff were nice.

Clean and large rooms. Double bed in the separate room was a bit hard. There is room for a Queen bed in that room which would be better. Other 2 beds were Queen and more comfortable. Double lock didn't work. Black out curtains worked well. Needs overall upgrades. Man at the front desk upon arrival was nice and helpful. Check out was quick. The side door to the building wasn't locked passed 11pm but the area felt safe.
