The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed for 3 days and was a good stay overall. Only things I was disappointed about was the cobwebs on the lights in the room. Would select it again.

The staff were lovely and we enjoyed the bed and styling of the room. An irritant was the broken toilet roll holder as the toilet paper kept falling off. We were frustrated there were no outlets available by the bed on either side. Also the “rain fall” shower head was not helpful. Why can’t hand held shower nozzles be provided in tandem as I’ve experienced in other hotels?

Spotless room. Upgraded to a suite on arrival. Many restaurants in the area. Convenient to Quebec City attractions. Ongoing road construction around the hotel but easy to navigate and no noticeable noise. Helpful front desk staff.

The hotel is well situated, close to the Quebec bridges and main North-South highways. Checkin was a breeze, my reservation was exact and the staff was agreeable. The room was clean, cooled and very comfortable. I heard no noises during the night. It was convenient to be able to have breakfast directly at the hotel. Check out went well - no surprises. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel, based on this stay.

The room was very clean, the beds are very comfortable and the WiFi was good. The restaurant was good for breakfast just a bit pricey but worth it compared to a hotel with breakfast included. The towels are quite thin and the bathroom is very small. The sink is outside of the bathroom. Not able to walk anywhere due to construction around the hotel. Overall great stay!

Great hotel

A really beautiful modern room with outstanding amenities. The bed was very comfortable, the towels were thick, the water was hot and plentiful and it was quiet. Would definitely stay here again when traveling thru.
