“Clean rooms and great variety of breakfast foods.”

“It appears that management has been lacking, the employees are working hard but appear to be overworked. Cleaning throughout the property needs to be addressed, the carpet in our room was stained and dirty, dust was apparent throughout the room. Only 1 desk chair no other seat, when asked if something could be done to get a second chair we were told we could carry one from the breakfast area which was downstairs from our room!”

“The carpet in the entire place is shot and desperately needs to be replaced. King bed mattress is hard as a board. The in room jacuzzi was nice. Staff were very friendly and the best part of the stay. The building is clean it’s just run down. The carpet in the room is sticky, don’t walk without socks on.”

“No idea who give them 4* The hotel advertises itself as a 4-star property, but my experience was far from that standard. Housekeeping was poor, the dishes was extremely dirty, most restaurants were either closed or only open until 7:30 PM, and the elevators were old and extremely slow. If this hotel were honestly rated as a 2-star property, I would gladly give it 5 stars for meeting expectations. But when you promise 4-star quality and fail to deliver, the rating has to reflect that.”
