Quw'utsun' Cultural Centre Tours

The hotel is very conveniently located on Government street which is close to many pubs, restaurants, shops and the water front are all walking distance. The area felt safe but because we were in a room in the annex side, the street noise was pretty constant. But we had a noise machine and ear plugs, which helped. The staff is very helpful and friendly. It’s an older building with old utilities system- they had a portable fan in the room for air circulation. Coffee/tea bar at the front desk was very welcoming and available 24 hrs. I think the convenience of the location offsets the issue with the street noise.

Such a beautiful place and the fall colours everywhere was a lovely bonus. Close to town and many beaches and parks. The house was stunning, truly a window into the past but also fully in the present. The little breakfast bar was modern but the surrounding parlour room was of another time. It was a seamless transition. Same with our room. A beautiful space fit for a queen with an uber modern shower stall. A true blending of the house's 175 years of history.
