"Amazing property in lovely castle location very close to the station. The staff were fantastic and very interested in making sure we were having a great time at the hotel. We did not eat there nor did we have coffee because the prices were extremely high. But that’s to be expected at a hotel at this caliber. The only thing I would suggest they change is there is no option for having your room made up, but the towels left behind. We are happy to reuse our towel towels. Conversely, they have an option for not having your room made up and having all the towels replaced. I think it should be the other way around for the environment."
