Beautiful views and a really enjoyable stay. Staff were very accommodating and allowed us an early check-in. Rustic appearance, easy parking, close-by hot-pot and bubble tea. Bit of a walk into town but very close drive to the hot springs and shops/restaurants. Thanks for having us, looking forward to our next stay at the Radium Chalet.

The hotel has an absolutely incredible view and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We definitely intend to come back.and stay again. Next we just hope the fireplace works and the hide-a-bed mattress has a bit more support. But all in all.like I said we are coming back!

I sincerely enjoyed my 4 night stay with my cat at the Radium Chalet. All staff were very caring and friendly. The hotel is of the older type, but very charming and the views are beautiful. It was very quiet and peaceful. The mattress is super comfortable and the water pressure excellent. I will definitely come back here for an annual little vacation. The Hot Pot at the next door Peak Horn restaurant was amazing and delicious.

We enjoyed our stay for the 3 days we were there. Its a bit weathered building and does show some signs of age but for the most part it was very quiet and cozy with a stunning view ofvthe mountains. We were in room 215. The only recommendation is to screen the openings like doors and windows or replace the damaged ones. There are tree beetles that do like to fly in the room although are harmless they may scare the Mrs or a squeamish Mr. All in all 4 out of 5 with a recommendation to fix/replace/install the screens.

We loved the size of the room. It was nice to have a kitchenette and small living room with two balconies! The view was amazing! Great shower pressure. Not fancy or updated, however, that doesn’t matter to us as long as it was clean and it was.

The location of the property was great and very convenient, which was definitely a plus. However, the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the property were disappointing. The floors had noticeable stains, and the couch was quite dirty and had some visible damage. The room itself did not feel properly cleaned when we arrived, and even the dishes were dirty and needed to be washed before we could use them. It’s a nice property in a good location, but it really needs better cleaning, maintenance, and attention to detail to make guests feel comfortable and welcome.

Electric baseboard in bedroom not working, fireplace out but attendant came and lit pilot so I had some heat. Couch cushions badly worn. Asked to wash dishes but no detergent, only had had gel soap. No decent dish rack. This wing in the old lodge has seen better days. Faded. Staff tried to help and it was quiet

The room for the most part was okay. The bed was hard, the dishes were dirty, and the lady could have been more respectful on check out. But the check in process was fantastic coming after hours as I received a text and the key was ready for me in a lockbox.
