Can’t recall the name but he was a young guy with longish dark hair. Please let him know how grateful I am for his assistance and patience with a frantic family member. He deserves employee of the year!!! "

"The room was extremely clean when I got in there nothing without a place really comfortable bed. Could do a little more with getting better channels on the TV but that's not a big deal. They were very helpful in every way and I'll definitely would stay there again if I returned on there to Raleigh. Thank you again Dave"

"The room was clean and warm. The breakfast was hot and delicious. The best part was the staff. They were very friendly.They also went out of their way to help us get food after a late flight into Raleigh after a snow storm. We will definitely stay here again. We would highly recommend them. "
