Location was the key…it was perfect. Check in was easy but directions on how to get to room were confusing to me…but we found it. The breakfast option was great…actual food, eggs, sausage, bagels waffles and juice/coffee. Three things I didn’t care for- when opening room door it was loud breaking sound, with fishing the toilet it squealed and was so loud with the tank filling- it was a flush and run/shut the door type of thing. Lastly the chair for the work desk made terrible noise. So glad this was not a business trip. Would recommend more than two towels when two people are in the room…but we managed. Bottom line will stay again if I am in the area but will speak up about those few annoying things first thing.

They didn’t clean the rooms. Front desk never had towels, wash cloths or toilet tissue available . Didn’t get any clean linen my entire stay. Bed sheets and pillow cases were dirty upon arrival. Toilet seat was dirty. Curtains were ripped. Dresser draws didn’t close. Front desk staff at night was rude and didnt come to the desk to speak to you. They yelled from the room behind the desk so you never saw their face.

Very clean and quiet. Good access to outside which is nice when you have a dog. Staff was pleasant and professional. Only complaint is an earlier breakfast would be nice.

Room was nothing like the website showed. The furniture was beat up the entrance door the lock was broken the hallway smelled terribly of smoke when it was supposed to be non smoking rooms. Had a two queen bed sweet for four people there was only two towels in the room had to wait for more

First room that they gave us, stink of cigarettes, second room smelled of mold, a lot of patches of moisture on the ceiling noted. One night someone try to open the door, didn’t feel safe. We end up sleeping with a chair behind the door.
