“Clean, nicely decorated home and polite hosts, but our stay was significantly impacted by a heating failure during extreme cold. We arrived to a 51° house just before a winter storm; despite emergency heat, only the living room and primary bedroom (with fireplaces) were usable. A functioning HVAC system is a basic requirement at this price point. No refund was offered; relocation during the storm was the only solution. We appreciate the home, and would have loved to return.”

“This was a very nice stay. We weren't there long enough to enjoy the pool or hot tub. The host was very communicative and let us do a late checkout. Excellent spot for a family gathering. ”
