“The Omni Charlottesville was beautiful, clean, comfortable and relaxing. The indoor pool, hot tub was very nice. There was also a sauna in the men’s and women’s changing rooms. The lobby had lots of seating areas and a bar/small plate menu. The restaurant where we had breakfast was very good and also pretty with a relaxing vibe. Parking was very good. I’d definitely stay again. We had two teenage grandchildren with us and they loved it.”

“The hotel property and treatment by staff towards guests was excellent. Comments on our room: lighting was not good with only three lamps. The bathroom is poorly designed. The commode is parked next to the shower door with only one foot of clearance width to squeeze through to enter the shower while there was 3 feet of empty space on the other side of the commode. The door into the shower/commode room opened directly in front of the commode with only 1/4” clearance. No towel racks anywhere……

“We love going to Massanutten, but… don’t waste money on the water park until they’ve finished renovating. Full price for half a park… obviously the outdoor portion is closed this time of year, but half of the indoor slides were closed, hot tub was closed as well and the price was not reduced during this time. Also, the activity schedule is more for “wine moms” to waste time while the husband is golfing. They don’t seem to offer much for the kids. The adventure park is “meh” and overpriced as……

“The room was nice and clean. there were flies comming in upstairs but that is truely typical of a house of this age. The owner had asked us to pay a couple of taxes that were not listed in the price (not sure it is ethical/legal/moral) - they close by 9 or you have to pay a $50 late fee A fee - no food was availible unless you arange ahead of time. over all for a B&B style experience I was ok wth it.”
