“We stayed here after helping our daughter and grandkids relocate overseas and needed a calm place to decompress. This home was absolutely perfect—quiet, clean, beautifully stocked, and full of thoughtful touches. The fresh linens, snacks, wine, and cozy atmosphere made us feel truly cared for. “This is a cozy, cute A-frame with everything you need for a perfect get-away. Alison communicated all the details and had nice welcome treats for us. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed for meal prep and the location is quiet and conveniently located to reach Shenandoah NP and some local wineries.”

“This was THE perfect spot for one last hurrah/downtime before the school year and sports pick back up. It was remote and quiet with cover water access and kayaks. Everything in the kitchen works beautifully and their is plenty of beds and space to spread out. We really enjoyed our stay”

There was no phone service as listed, unfortunately we did have an issue with there being no active emergency phone line. It looks like this is something that the host wants to resolve by the next visit, but might be worth checking in about. Though this lack of access was nerve-wracking, we were able to use the……
