It is nice but I feel they are still developing, pool access is not so good for most of the rooms, they don't have a great pool actually. Breakfast is good and personal is super friendly. The beach was super muddy and dry, it was not good to enter the water and the view is mostly to an empty terrain in front.

The overall hotel is nice. The beach is beautiful and could go along way if only it was clean. Such a beautiful beaches lined with trash. Please have staff clean the beach every morning so guests can enjoy the view and take pictures since we’re cannot get in the water at this “Beach Front” hotel. Rooms were clean. Balcony is nice to watch the sunset. Walking distance to dispensaries etc. The pool bar staff was very dismissive.

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. There was mold all over the shower and bathroom floor, and the balcony door was broken with a sign asking guests to always keep it closed due to past issues with theft. The on-site restaurant offered very limited variety, and the prices were high considering the quality. The bed was extremely hard, almost like sleeping on the floor, and the pillows were uncomfortable as well. Honestly, the experience felt like a "catfish" situation when compared to the pictures used in the advertisement.

Booked by accident-ok for a group that wants pool

I was searching for a hotel in Patong and the app suggested this hotel. It appeared to have everything we wanted, so I booked it, not knowing it was 30 minutes from everything we wanted to see. We ended up paying for 2 rooms because it was non-refundable. The rooms with the pool access are connected to small pools - they don’t connect to a pool bar or to the next building, so it’d be kinda fun for a group with rooms on the bottom floor in the same building.

DId the architect forget the guests?

A great first impression. Professional checkin, nice staff who actually knows English and nice, bright rooms with comfortable beds and all the functionality that suits eg a business trip. Suitable to those who doesn’t spend much time at the hotel. Pool area is mainly made for the rooms with direct pool access. It’s only 8 chairs for all other rooms. The pool is narrow and shallow (1,2m). Pool bar feels temporarily. The home side claims they give you a ride to friendship beach. It is only one ride at 10 am, and that one takes ten persons. One ride back in afternoon. It is not several per day as we assumed, and it’s to Rawai beach. The hotel beach is artificial and the water in Chalong bay is so dirty so you can’t swim. Lots of chairs and umbrellas in beach area but you were not allowed to move them so you couldn’t shade yourself. Very nice hangout at beach bar. Great 2 for 1 offer. We wish you could have breakfast there as well. Breakfast is served in the basement and with only a few tables outdoor. Behind a wall, next to the parking. The indoor is miserable but it is a good breakfast. Non crowded days you can even order an omelette but when the hotel was more booked, you couldn’t. You walk at the backyard area to go to breakfast, beach, pool, reception. The corridors are miserable but good with elevator. You can’t do makeup as the bathroom lightning hides your face. Good location for a long tail boat ride to any island. Heavy traffic at street.

Absolutely stunning! Walking out of our room into a pool was a surreal experience. Staff was all very nice and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Not through the hotel but there was even a longboat charter buisness we used to go to the BEAUTIFUL Coral Island. Food was very good but took a while to actually get after ordering. We ended up walking two minutes down the beach to Selinas to eat most of our meals.
