"I would definitely stay here again. My check in process was fast and my room was ready early. Breakfast was decent I wished their was regular bacon but the waffles and scramble eggs was delicious.. I like the fact that it was many other options if you didn’t want a full breakfast. Room was clean, bed was comfortable & staff was very friendly.. We got to vote on pumpkins from the different department which was cool.. Great stay can’t complain about anything "

"Everything was nice except that we would have liked an opportunity to stay in a room on the same side of the pool and hot tub. We felt uncomfortable tracking through the main lobby back to our room (#292) on the other side of the complex. "

"The room was very clean, the bed was absolutely comfortable. Bathroom was clean, but what made the stay so wonderful was the staff. Seriously, some of the most attentive and friendly staff I have experienced in a hotel stay in a long time. I literally mean everyone my wife and I interacted with. Take a bow Holiday Inn in downtown Lancaster…you deserve it. 🙂"
