“Our room was pretty small and the deco was dated, but everything was functional and the bed was comfortable. The outdoor areas were very attractive and inviting. The breakfast room and check-in area were very attractive and the breakfast was very good. Parking was no problem, plenty of room to find a space. We did not interact with staff other than check in and out, but they were very pleasant and efficient.”

“Overall, the hotel's environment and facilities and staff are good, but two things make me uneasy. Firstly, the bed is wrinkled, which gives the impression that someone has slept on it before, although the quilt looks new. Secondly, the bottom of the swimming pool appears dirty, making it impossible to determine whether the water is clean or dirty.”

“I really liked the location, as it's very convenient to the bus stops. The unit is remarkably spacious, and having thoughtful extras like phone chargers, extra bedding, and swimming towels.”

“Room was clean. Welcome cookies good. Basic continental breakfast but no decaf coffee. Shower hot with good water pressure. Good temp in room and comfy bed/linens/pillows. Small room fridge was adequate for our needs. Didnt use the hot tub or washer/dryer, so cant specifically rate amenities. Fair price for stay but would book directly with them for a better price as they will beat competitor cost. Would book again if returning to town.”

“This hotel is one of those surprise gems. I visited in the off-season for skiing (Sept '26) but the on-season for Colorado mountain beauty. Located right on the Crested Butteski slope, everything about this property and my visit was first rate.Like to give a shout-out to the lovely front desk guy who checked me in. Couldn't have been nicer or friendlier. The property is first class but due to it being an off season stay, the rate was phenomenal because it is one quality and luxurious……

“The front doors were broken and made a terrible sound all night/early morning. Staff had radio playing loudly in the room next to mine. I was in room 117 and room 119. We got in very late night after 12 hrs of driving, only got the rooms so that we could get a good rest before another long drive in the following day. I got zero sleep. The TV had been disconnected from the back in every way. Once I figured out how to connect it, I could not get the volume control to work...I NEEDED THE TV IN……

“Checkin super easy and staff was really friendly, explaining everything really well. The room was in poor condition. The 2nd lock didn’t work too well and was difficult. Carpets were sticky and lots of random pieces or equipment, lights, missing or broken. Non smoking room, but the overpowering scent in the room said otherwise as did the cigarette/meth burn marks on the sink. BUT at this rate, these small things are expected and not really out of place. If you need a cheap quick place to stay it……
