From the moment we walked through the doors, the staff was so friendly. They gave excellent recommendations for dining and things to do our only night in Seattle. It was walking distance to everything!! The room was very spacious with great facilities. We were only here one night but it as a very nice hotel for a very good price!

Everything about our hotel experience was perfect. They changed our room type to accommodate our infant. Crib was in the room ready for us when we arrived. The hotel is conveniently located and very well maintained. Room was always clean with fresh towels and ice. Free room wi-fi was nice as well.

We arrived to our hotel super early and the staff was kind enough to let us check in early. It was quaint and inviting. Beds were comfortable and we had an amazing view of the space needle. Short walk to restaurants and the pier. Price was awesome. We found a great deal on Expedia.

Renovated room, friendly staff, comfortable and quiet. We were looking to be within walking distance to the Space Needle in one direction and Pike Place Market and other destinations in the other direction. About 15 minutes walking to these spots.

Have a long history of staying here when I visit Seattle but had not been in a few years.
The rooms, beds and service are excellent. Now that I am getting older, I would have liked a grab bar in the shower and non slip rug on the marble floor in the bathroom. It would be a very uncomfortable slip and fall! The hotel rooms are super quiet.
The Hunt Club restaurant has been changed from the traditional gourmet classy style to a more casual atmosphere and fare now called The Dunbar Room.
Free wine a happy time each afternoon in the lounge which still sports a huge fireplace. Beautiful wood paneling abounds.

A nice and small, but updated hotel in a prime downtown location. Very friendly staff, good food in the hip Bookstore Bar/Eatery, and easy to get to nearby attractions. First Ave is a little busy during commute hours making it hard to be in a hurry. Otherwise, good value for a nice stay.
