“I did not park any car but was charged two days fees and now asking for refund. Please look into the case.”

“The staff was warm and welcoming upon check in. The hotel provides complimentary champagne upon arrival, which was very nice. The room was beautiful, clean, and had a great view. We only stay at high end hotels for anniversary trips, and it was definitely worth it. Like all hotels, the only complaint I have is that there is only one type of pillow on the bed and I HATE squishy, flat pillows. Otherwise, the hotel and room were great!”

“Very fun spot to stay. Loved the history and the idea behind everything. I understand that staying in a historic hotel means everything is old but our room, towels, and bed linens all had a very strong, peculiar odor. The bed was very hard. Off-putting for my spouse but I was comfortable here.”

“very good！”

“员工服务热情周到，酒店地点很好，出行很方便”

“房间清洁还不错，稍微有点小，没有微波炉，早餐太简单了，咖啡加蛋糕”

“5 stars! Really impressed with this property. Housekeeping cleaned our room daily, which made a big difference and kept everything feeling fresh throughout our stay. The coffee downstairs was genuinely good — a nice bonus most mornings. We also loved that they had rental bikes available on-site, which made getting around so much easier. Overall a great experience and we’d happily stay again”
