“The property was a couple of blocks from where my Grandparents lived in the 40's until the 70's. ”

“I visited from Guatemala along with my friend Anabelle from Guatemala also. Her boy friend visited for a few days. It is a wonderful location most of all. The owner is always ready to give you a hand and answer questions. There are a lot of stairs so a friend with special needs that wanted to visit me was not able to join but it was superb.”

“The neighborhood was quiet. It was centrally located making travel to our destinations quick and easy. The beds were EXTREMELY comfortable. The outdoor seating areas in the front and the back were a plus and the lawn was nicely manicured. There was no hot tub - but this wasn’t an issue. Highly recommend and would stay again. ”

“We spent two wonderful months at Kirk's place. The home is comfy and clean. The primary bedroom has a great walk in closet. The bed is really comfortable and the bed linens are lovely. I cook a lot, and the kitchen is very well stocked. The washer and dryer are so convenient and spotless. Kirk is the perfect host. We look so forward to our return visit in October. ”
