“The Host changed the dates of the booking by a week without any notice 2 days before I checking in. The host ghosted me and did not change the dates back at all. Before he ghosted me, he was rude and sketchy. Do not book this room, you will get scammed. I thankfully caught the changes he made before the refund policy expired the next day. If I didn’t catch it, I would have been scammed a lot of money and would have gone to a trip with nowhere to stay. Stay away from this place”

It was also nice to have a dedicated parking space for my stay.The room is a bright space and everything was clean and comfortable. The room has a mini fridge and some housewares to be able to eat & drink in the room. I would definitely stay here again! ”

“This Penthouse was so beautiful, yet comfortable. It made out trip so nice. When we were in Long Beach we had a great time and then to return to the Penthouse was like a calm and comfort that made our trip so wonderful. We will definately be back.”

“We loved everything about this property. It was safe, clean and very comfortable. The location was also nice. With in walking distance to Santee Alley which is just fun to experience. Was definitely easy to get around. The only “down side” was the parking was a bit tricky HOWEVER so great that it was included on our stay. And the roof top pool was the *chefs kiss* to it all!”

“The location was great! We took an uber to Universal Studios, it was roughly an 8 minute ride. Drivers were readily available. The property was clean, well stocked, and cozy for a small family. We had a great trip and the host was responsive and pleasant.”
