“The Host changed the dates of the booking by a week without any notice 2 days before I checking in. The host ghosted me and did not change the dates back at all. Before he ghosted me, he was rude and sketchy. Do not book this room, you will get scammed. I thankfully caught the changes he made before the refund policy expired the next day. If I didn’t catch it, I would have been scammed a lot of money and would have gone to a trip with nowhere to stay. Stay away from this place”

“Rental was great. Plenty of room for our family. Comfortable family room for hanging out. Well stocked kitchen. Appreciated the laundry in the unit. Parking was easy. Bathroom shower off the hallway has a bad leak and the floor was soaked. Love the location, we could walk to Starbucks and many fun restaurants. ”

“The studio apartment is EXACTLY as pictured and in walking distance to so many places, including the marina, Shore Village, the outlets, beach, convention center, etc. The building is historic and has some charm. The only thing to be prepared for is the sound of cars racing by in the middle of the night because it's on the LB Grand Prix route, but if you're a city life kind of person, you should be fine.
