"From the moment we checked in, we (party of 6 longtime friends) felt welcomed and were special. Rooms were awesome and clean. Nick the bartender was great with us also! We ate breakfast during the 2 day stay and our waitress was THE best. I am sorry I can't remember her name, but I remember her smile and personality."

"We had a delightful experience at the ICONA for our Anniversary. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Additionally, the staff at ICONA were nothing short of professional and kind. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to assist made our stay even more enjoyable. We were very pleased with the level of service provided. It is definitely a place we would recommend to others and revisit ourselves. "

"The ONLY COMPLAINT was the lack of courtesy from a senior front desk employee. Never a smile or courteous demeanor given during our stay. Ask a question and always got abrupt answers. My complaint was shared along with other family members and guests. This is not a reprimand on his demeanor but a suggestion to make known to him a customer especially during the holiday season should be responded to with a friendly approach. The curmudgeon personality was not at all acceptable. Otherwise our stay at the Fenwick was delightful. "
