“The room was spotless and felt very high-end. Loved the style of the entire place and it felt like a little oasis in the heart of London. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The complimentary drink on arrival was a really lovely touch. All in all, this might just be my new favourite London hotel!”

“The tap water has an unusual texture, leaving a silky feel after showering. Additionally, the water temperature fluctuates drastically, going from scalding hot to icy cold unexpectedly.”
