"LOVE THE STAFF"

"The breakfast was good and had a nice verity to chose from. House cleaning was not very good. I had a five day stay and the room was only vacuumed once and not very well that time. I returned at 3:30 pm on my last day and my room had not been cleaned, fortunately I saw someone from house cleaning and she said she would clean on her way out. I was not able to sleep due to the noise of equipment or some kind of machinery cycling on and off constantly. I texted the desk a few times and they said they would have maintenance check it out but from my knowledge they never came. I must say my stay was not very pleasant. "

"this place is heaven for homeless folks, its party place for homeless and so much party, so noisy in night didnt open if there were prostituse also in the campus, but whole night we couldnt sleep because of so much noise, folks coming to various room and talking on parking lot, we were in ground floor room #120, AC didnt work had to call someone from office they did something to fix, telephone wasn't working found out late but didnt have energy to walk up to office to call them again, in office there were few homeless and stinking pee, cops were there to talk to homeless..its pretty bad experience"

"Not bad of a place to stay at. Front staff was friendly and breakfast was delicious. We had everything we needed in the hotel for a decent 2-day stay. Room was clean, some receipts and trash was behind the bed but not much. Bed sheets were clean/comfy and the TV worked great. Microwave and fridge were useful! The tenants however made it a questionable experience. When we got there, the hallway smelled like weed. I wanted to use the gym later that night when we arrived but none of the machines were working =( nor was the hot tub. It's okay though, it happens. Gym looked clean though. While I was trying to figure out what to do, we heard screaming right outside the hallway. Group of young adults/teens were arguing with each other about some gang nonsense. Not cool when you have little ones. Only thing I'll say that would have made it a great experience would be the gym, hot tub (it was cold that night), and maybe a cleaner smell? Possibly even hiring security staff? I hope this isn't an every night thing. Lastly, maybe keep serving breakfast until the time given? They stopped making breakfast 15 mins before the close time and people were still coming in. However, staff were amazing and really helpful! No issues with them at all! Recommend for those who just need basic necessities and don't care much about what I mentioned. 7/10"
