“The only positives of the property is its size and location. Property not clean and left after an issue with some sort of flies swarming in one of the bedrooms. Expedia was informed of cleanliness issues after check in and would supposedly inform host. Never heard from host until after they were informed of check out immediately after issue with flies. I certainly would not recommend staying there.”

“This place was exactly what we were looking for. Quiet place tucked back in the woods but very quick and easy to get to all the places you want to go. Great place to enjoy a coffee on the deck, read a good book, and listen to the creek behind the house. Very clean, comfortable beds, and plenty of seating inside and out for 4 people. The kitchen had everything you need to make meals and the grill was clean and worked great. The frolf game in the yard, coffee, and pancake mix with maple syrup was……

“This is a beautiful new, clean, tidy, well designed, well equipped (except no tea kettle) well located (for summer and winter activities and sports) in a beautiful part of Vermont. Met the owner Josh - a great guy who lives nearby, correspondence was excellent, easy to get into the house. Would definitely try and stay here again if possible. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”
