"Clean room and friendly staff. The layout is rather odd and some items are showing wear and are due for replacement. Cleaning service is every other day of your stay."

"Shuttle to the mountain only runs every hour. Bathroom tubs don’t drain and the fire alarm went off every time we showered due to the steam. Pool and hot tub was crowded with kids. Housekeeping comes through at 5 PM right when you’re getting back to your room and want to relax after a day of skiing. Front desk seemed bothered whenever we had questions. Had a $30 cheese board with Pepperidge farm crackers. "
