“Everything with the room itself was great. It was clean and in a great location. My issue with this reservation was the amenities. They are not inlcluded. So even though the listing says they have pools and hot tubs, don't expect to be able to use them unless you pay more when you get there. This should be made clear to anyone that books at this resort. ”

“Great location - the room was very clean and spacious. You don't check in at the property but at another one nearby. Hot tub was nicely maintained”

“Strong dog smell, dirty shabby condition of interior surfaces. Obvious makeshift repairs, spongy floors, torn, flaking couch. Kitchen counter had multiple burn marks and some sticky substance, corner held down with duct tape. Screen door off tracks, laying against wall. Wife was stung by insect in the unit, had to go to hospital. We moved out after only 3 hours, and literally slept in the car rather than go back. Owner uncaring, rude and greedy. “This property is very dated, and it shows it, through flow around the three buildings to get to the amenities, parking areas, fixtures, appliances, dilapidated exteriors, bathroom, and common spaces. These buildings are 45 years old and they wear it. The room was a fine space to spend a weekend, but a cheap, clunky, ugly portable 'closet' installed between the bedroom and living room in place of a wall interrupted the flow of the unit in a jarring manner. Extra blankets in said closet smelled……
