"We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night visit to Black Mountain, and couldn’t have been happier with this cottage! Everything we needed was there — and it’s SO clean😀! After daily hikes and touring the town, we relaxed each evening with a glass of wine on the front porch. Super dog friendly house with tons of great walks. The neighborhood is quiet despite being right next to the downtown shops & restaurants. Loved every minute!"

"Location to Black Mountain good. Railroad crossing arm down a lot so had to be creative on getting to main road. House outside looks like a dump. Very hard to get sound on tv. Very hard to get decent channels instead of kid channels. Water from shower head just a little stream. Trash can so full hard to get my trash in. Ended up moving out after first week so threw away money paid for second week. Too much stress trying to deal with things."

"This was our first VRBO rental and we couldn’t have been more happy. The vaulted ceilings and ample windows gave this cottage a roomy feel. The property is in immaculate condition and felt as if we were the first guests. The hosts did a wonderful job anticipating our needs as well as our dogs. The south facing porch is the perfect place to relax on a sunny afternoon. There’s even a retractable dog gate. Asheville is an easy 15 minute drive and quaint Black Mountain is 10 minutes."
