This is our favorite place to stay in Asheville! Staff is so friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean and super comfortable. Perfect center location to everything.

This property was high quality for a great nightly rate. Highly rate this hotel! The area around it we felt safe walking to dinner and the played in the splash pad at a block away.

Lovely hotel, very good location. All staff members we encountered were very friendly, kind and helpful. The only issue was with the hot water… on day one of our stay, the water was tepid at best, on day two it was somewhat better but still not good, days three and four it was fine but on the morning of the last day, we had to take showers with cold water! Whatever the issue is, it needs to be addressed. Other than that, our stay was extremely pleasant!
