“Gross gross gross”

“The rooms we very beautiful you can tell they were just redone but , i did request a down stairs room due to handicap but did not get one . The AC in my room barley worked as it stayed above 80 every night and day with the ac set at 62 . The water ran out of the pipes brown, every morning when first ran . The ice machine did not work at all and No coffee pot in the room and you had to take your own trash to the dumpster no xtra bags for the one little bucket . For a fast pinch it was ok but for……

“The staff was professional and courteous. The room was clean and the bed was firm, but comfortable. There was a fold-out loveseat as well. The A/c was cold and the window opened. There was a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, and safe in the room. The breakfast options were the standard eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, and toast. It was only lacking fruit and yogurt. The hotel was very dated and the bathtub had a large crease (like the underside was broken down……

“My stay was three days long and I never received a working room key, I had to get let in by the staff. They were nice and tried hard, but could not make it happen. The microwave didn’t work in the bare kitchen. The only breakfast that was left early in the morning was a couple dried up pieces of egg (which could not be microwaved) and nothing more. The only good thing about this hotel was the fact that it was so close to Toledo express Airport. Lesson learned.”

“The staff at the front desk during the day were not able to take care of requests. I had a used coffee in my room, only one cup for 4 people. I asked for more coffee 3 times and did not receive it. The gentleman working at night took care of it in 5 minutes. The room also was nevwr cleaned or serviced for 3 days. The gym was amazing for a hotel gym, the pool was nice and so was the restaurant. For the price it was not worth it.”

“Beautiful Inn building. Amazing outdoor space in beautiful rural setting, beautiful patio with comfy chairs including glider, firepit, beautiful tall trees, pool, fun chicken coop with glider chair to sit and watch the chickens. Very spacious sleeping room, wonderful comfy bed, blankets, bedding. Gorgeous bathroom. Very friendly host Tim, delicious breakfast. I enjoyed my Vacation here at Vine Inn B&B very much!”
